Preparation of Annual Minutes: Registered Agent Services will provide annual minutes for your business; for a corporation this includes the following: (i) Consent to be Elected Director; (ii) Election of Officers (Director Minutes); and, Election of Directors (Shareholder Minutes). These minutes are sent to you each year with your annual reports and annual registration fees we receive from the Virginia State Corporation Commission. Annual minutes are a very important part to any Virginia business.
Minute Books: We will also maintain your corporate Minute Book at our office, which contains your original corporate documents and your original annual minutes.
